the short version

You can use the whole site without signing in. Nothing about you is stored on our server.
If you sign in, Last.fm tells us your username. We never see a password.
We only read your ROSÉ plays after you agree, and we keep nothing about other artists.
You start hidden. You decide whether your name and icon show on the leaderboard and wall.
Your play history is deleted automatically after 90 days.
You can download or delete everything yourself with one button.
We don't use ads, trackers or analytics, and we never sell your data.

who we are

numberonehub is an independent, fan-made website for ROSÉ, created and run by @3amroses. We are not affiliated with ROSÉ, The Black Label, Atlantic Records or Last.fm. We are the "controller" of the data described here, which means we decide how it's used. To ask a question or use your rights, message @numberonehub on X.

what we collect, and why

What	Why we need it	When
Nothing, if you just browse	The site, charts and share cards work without an account. Like any website, our server and hosting provider handle technical data such as your IP address when a page is loaded, to deliver the page and keep it secure.	Always
Your Last.fm username	To know which account is yours when you sign in. Last.fm confirms it for us; we never see your password.	When you sign in
Display name, icon, "show me on the leaderboard" choice, and the time you agreed	To show you the way you chose, and to keep a record that you agreed.	After you agree
Your ROSÉ plays: song title and the time played	To build the leaderboard, streaks and verified quests. We read your public recent listening from Last.fm and save only ROSÉ songs. Plays of other artists are ignored and never stored.	After you agree. Deleted after 90 days
Your progress: XP, level, quest history, vote-streak days, badges, poll answer	So your progress follows you from phone to computer.	After you agree
Your wall note (up to 5 emojis)	To show it on the emoji wall. One note per person; a new note replaces the old one.	If you post one
Reports you send about someone's display name	To stop abuse of the report button (limits per person) and to keep a record. Nobody else is told who reported.	If you report a name

on what basis (the legal part)

Consent — for your account details, for reading your ROSÉ plays from Last.fm, and for showing you on the leaderboard and wall. You give it with the tick-box after signing in. You can take it back at any time by deleting your account or hiding yourself.
Legitimate interest — for keeping the site safe: limiting abuse, filtering names, and handling reports. We keep this to the minimum needed.
Necessary for the service — the sign-in cookie below.

who can see what

Public, only if you choose "show me": your display name, icon, leaderboard rank and score, streak, and your wall note.
If you stay hidden: other people see nothing about you. Your wall note shows as "a numberone".
Never public: your Last.fm username, your list of plays, your progress, your reports.
The site owner can see your account details when needed to run the site, for example to review a reported display name.

Display names are checked automatically and anyone signed in can report a name. Pick something you're comfortable being seen by everyone, and don't use your real name or personal details.

cookies and storage

Name	What it does	How long
Cookie `n1hub`	Keeps you signed in. It's a signed, secure sign-in token. It's strictly necessary, so it doesn't need a consent banner.	30 days or until you sign out
Browser storage on your device	Your light/dark choice, and your quest progress while you're a guest (a copy also stays on your device when signed in).	Until you clear it, sign out, or delete your account

We use no advertising, tracking or analytics cookies.

how long we keep it

Play history: 90 days, then deleted automatically.
Account, progress, wall note, report records: until you delete your account (or we remove an account for abuse).
Technical server data (like IP addresses): only as long as needed to run and secure the site.

your rights

You can do most of this yourself, instantly, in the account box under "the leaderboard":

See and take your data — "download my data" gives you a file with everything we store about you.
Correct it — change your display name, icon and visibility any time.
Delete it — "delete my account" removes your account, plays, progress, wall note and report records right away.
Take back consent, or object — hide yourself, or delete your account. Nothing else is needed.

If something isn't covered, message @numberonehub and we'll sort it out. You also have the right to complain to your data protection authority. In the Netherlands that's the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens; elsewhere in the EU, it's your national authority.

age

Last.fm requires users to be at least 13. For numberonehub we ask that you are 16 or older, or have a parent or guardian's permission. If you're younger, please ask them before signing in. The wall only allows emojis from a fixed list, new accounts start hidden, and display names are filtered. If you're a parent and want a child's account removed, message us on X and we'll delete it.

changes

If we change what we collect or how we use it, we'll update this page and the date at the top. For anything significant, we'll ask you to agree again.

This site is an independent fan project and is not affiliated with ROSÉ, The Black Label, Atlantic Records or Last.fm.
